We are looking for you to join our team in Kiel as an Assistant Site Manager (m/f/d) in the field of civil engineering, sewer and road construction. It is used directly on the construction site on the Kiel Canal.

Deine Aufgaben

Assistance and support for site management
Preparation of organizational, commercial and construction management tasks in consultation with the site manager
Construction site preparation and follow-up, digital document storage and database maintenance
Recording and documenting construction services and entering them into the associated software
Processing of quotations, invoices, minutes, etc.
Preparation of accounting documents

Deine Qualifikationen

Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical profession or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in the construction industry is desirable
Confident handling of industry-standard software (Microsoft Office)
Independent, structured and autonomous way of working
