We are looking for you to join our team in Bielefeld as a Buyer (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction with immediate effect.

Deine Aufgaben

Identification of subcontractors for all trades in turnkey building construction
Approaching and retaining subcontractors
Maintenance of the subcontractor database
Creation of price indices
Creation and negotiation of framework agreements
Commercial negotiation
Conclusion of contracts for work and services with subcontractors

Deine Qualifikationen

Successfully completed training or studies with a commercial focus
First experience in the construction industry desirable
Team player
Negotiating skills
Good communication skills and a serious appearance
Technical understanding
