We are looking for you to join our team in Duisburg or Bielefeld as an Estimator (m/f/d) for turnkey construction.

Deine Aufgaben

Preparation of quotations and calculations for turnkey construction projects over 5 million euros
Evaluation of tender documents and planning documents on the basis of functional service descriptions
Participation and support in contract negotiations up to the award of contract
Price inquiries with subcontractors and suppliers
Cooperation with in-house TGA and structural engineering department

Deine Qualifikationen

Completed studies in civil engineering (Bachelor / Master) or industrial engineering specializing in construction
Professional experience in a comparable position or several years of professional experience in the construction management of projects in building construction and turnkey construction
Knowledge of technical building regulations is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Ideally knowledge of working with iTWO
Independent and structured way of working
Assertiveness and enjoyment of working in a team
