Deine Aufgaben

Calculation support
Tendering of subcontractor services with the associated mass determination
Participation in construction site controlling
Plan management
Participation in the awarding of contracts
Checking implementation plans for technical feasibility and costs

Deine Qualifikationen

Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or further training as a technician in the field of structural engineering
Experience in building construction and turnkey construction desirable
Knowledge of technical building regulations is an advantage
Assertiveness and enjoyment of working in a team
Independent and structured way of working
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Ideally knowledge of iTwo
