We are looking for you to join our team in Bielefeld with immediate effect as an Kfm. Employee (m/f/d) property and rental accounting full-time or part-time

Deine Aufgaben

Accounts payable: service contract entry, invoice receipt control, account assignment, monitoring of payment deadlines
Accounts receivable accounting including invoicing and dunning
Preparation, execution and monitoring of payments
Support with our clients’ annual financial statements
Support with monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as support for property managers in the business administration office
Cooperation with external tax consultants and accountants within the scope of the various mandates

Deine Qualifikationen

Successfully completed commercial training (tax clerk, office clerk, bank clerk, industrial clerk or comparable)
Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting, ideally in property and rental accounting
Ability to work in a team, independent and structured way of working
Talent for communication, strong understanding of service
Good written and spoken English skills desirable
Good IT skills (MS Office)
