We are looking for you to join our team in Stemwede with immediate effect as an employee for construction operations and work preparation (m/f/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Development of the optimal construction process for our projects in the offer phase together with our estimators and the creation of offer schedules
Planning the construction process during the execution period in cooperation with the project and construction management
Creation of contract schedules
Supporting the construction site teams with questions about work preparation
Creation of target/actual schedules
Supporting the construction site teams with site documentation
Instruction and training for construction applications
Support in the further development of construction management tools

Deine Qualifikationen

A degree in civil engineering, training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications
Relevant professional experience in work preparation or construction or project management is desirable
Sound technical understanding of processes in the construction process
User knowledge of scheduling systems, ideally PowerProject, MS-Project
Basic knowledge / knowledge of TILOS is desirable
Willingness to undergo further training
Ability to work constructively and as part of a team with all those involved in construction
