Deine Aufgaben

Taking responsibility for the entire recruiting process for the group of companies. From the placement of the job advertisement to the selection of applicants in close coordination with the specialist departments
Independent design of personnel marketing activities, including the search for new channels
Active and independent support of exciting personnel projects and change processes
Active support and participation in cross-team events and functions
Passion for social recruiting

Deine Qualifikationen

A successfully completed degree in a suitable subject with a focus on human resources
Many years of practical experience in operational HR work
Communication, contact and conflict management skills
Motivation for change, problem-solving skills and dynamism
Very good user skills in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, as well as an affinity for digital processes
