Deine Aufgaben

Supporting the technical property managers in the management of commercial properties and their tenants
Schedule management for maintenance services, inspections and repairs in commercial properties
Supporting technical property managers with data maintenance and documentation in a professional CAFM system
Regular telephone and written communication with clients, tenants, subcontractors and authorities
Support in obtaining quotations, invoice and document verification
After a thorough induction: taking on independent subtasks in consultation with the property manager

Deine Qualifikationen

Successfully completed training in a commercial or technical profession or already have professional experience in a comparable position
Reliable team player with a good understanding of service
Strong organizational skills, as well as diligence and interest in technical contexts
Friendly and engaging in communication with customers and specialist companies
Confident handling of MS Office applications
