We are looking for you to join our team in Oldenburg with immediate effect as an administrator (m/f/d) in the area of personnel development

Deine Aufgaben

Collaboration in personnel development in all administrative and organizational matters
- Organization and evaluation of further training measures
- Advice on training courses
- Cooperation with external training programs
- Maintenance of the qualifications database
Preparatory and follow-up activities for general projects in the PE area
Creation of presentations in PowerPoint

Deine Qualifikationen

Successfully completed commercial training
Ideally first professional experience in the human resources sector
Strong communication skills
Independent and structured way of working
Confident use of the MS Office package (especially Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
