We are looking for you to join our team in Stemwede or Oldenburg with immediate effect as a Project Manager/Construction Manager (m/f/d) for major construction projects.

Deine Aufgaben

Checking and processing incoming invoices
Commercial management and supervision of our construction sites in joint ventures
Preparation of monthly balance sheets
Preparation and analysis of performance and result forecasts in coordination with the site management
Cost and earnings controlling incl. Reporting and reporting to the management

Deine Qualifikationen

Successfully completed commercial training, alternatively a business degree or completed further training as a construction specialist
Professional experience in a comparable position desirable, ideally also experience with joint ventures
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Strong cost awareness
Independent, committed way of working with a high degree of technical understanding
