We are looking for you to join our team in Bielefeld or Duisburg as a project manager (m/f/d) in sales for sustainable construction.

Deine Aufgaben

Supervision of integrated planning competitions within the framework of overall award models
Coordination of coordination between architects and internal and external specialist planners
Checking the design planning for compliance with the performance target in the offer phase
Supporting the bid team in the preparation of PreChecks for turnkey building construction projects
Support with questions relating to sustainable construction and certification
Joint creation of sustainability concepts in a team with architects / TGA planners / calculation for turnkey buildings
Coordination of the individual components of planning, construction, financing and management and involvement in the preparation of offers
Support and participation in bid presentations in negotiation procedures

Deine Qualifikationen

Completed studies in the field of civil or industrial engineering, green building engineering, energy-efficient and sustainable construction or comparable
Ideally successfully completed further training as a DGNB Registered Professional or DGNB Consultant (m/f/d) and thus basic knowledge in the application of certification systems (DGNB, LEED, BNB, NBBW) or completion of further training on the subject of sustainable building while working
Independent and autonomous work in a team
Perspective and cross-thematic thinking
