We are looking for you to join our team in Stemwede, Osnabrück or Bielefeld as a specialist planner (m/f/d) for supply, energy and building services engineering.

Deine Aufgaben

Planning and calculation of building technology
Processing of all service phases according to HOAI for the area of TGA
Preparation of offers and participation in sales meetings with customers to explain system constellations and offer components that require explanation
Developing individual solution concepts from basic evaluation to design
Tendering and awarding of subcontractor services in close cooperation with the construction and project managers
Instructing and managing the technical system planners assigned to each project

Deine Qualifikationen

Completed studies in energy technology specializing in technical building equipment or supply and disposal technology
Or completed training as a plant technician for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or comparable with further training as a state-certified technician
Several years of professional experience in the field of planning with reference to the HOAI service phases (engineer or in the field of technical building equipment) desirable
Willingness to lead and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of the use of relevant calculation and tendering programs (e.g. in the area of AVA, Arriba etc.)
