We are looking for you to join our team in Münster as a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Deine Aufgaben

Coordination and organization of maintenance services, inspections and repairs in commercial properties
Support for our clients and their tenants
You ensure that the properties function as smoothly as possible and take care of troubleshooting
Management of all additional operating services required
On-site visits to the properties and documentation of the condition

Deine Qualifikationen

Completed training in the field of electrical/supply engineering or mechanics
Professional experience in a comparable position desirable – but we are also happy to help you start your career and provide thorough training
High level of service and ability to work in a team
You have a strong organizational talent and enjoy dealing with many, varied tasks
Friendliness and commitment in the telephone and personal support of our customers
Confidence in using MS Office applications
