Darmstadt Eigenbetrieb and waste management and city cleaning

Between July 2010 and June 2011, Depenbrock Systembau built a new turnkey site for the Darmstadt waste management and city cleaning company (EAD), including all civil engineering work on the 44,000 m² site. Among other things, the new waste disposal center houses the depot for municipal waste disposal and street cleaning, halls for winter services, school bus operations and a public waste collection point. Depenbrock is also constructing the turnkey building structures on around 9,650 m² of covered areas. The construction work also included the realization of a special form of rainwater retention in combination with the extinguishing water supply.

Depenbrock Gebäudemanagement will carry out all necessary maintenance services for five or ten years (roof).
