Creating, upgrading and maintaining traffic routes is part of your job – from the right substructure to the road surface, you ensure smooth roadways, stylish market squares, and safe cycle paths and footpaths, layer by layer.

Theory and practice – it’s all in the mix
You alternate between in-house training on our construction sites and the theoretical part at vocational school and external training courses. This will teach you everything you need to know and do as a road builder.
Your exams
There are two major exams during your training. You will take the civil engineering examination at the end of the 2nd year of training. After the 3rd year, you will take your journeyman’s examination to become a qualified road builder.
Because we provide you with intensive support and offer you assistance and further training, you don’t have to be afraid of the exams. Together we will prepare you in the best possible way.
