In so doing, our research and development team continuously generates patents – enabling us to build even more efficiently and sustainably with the special solutions we develop.
Our in-house structural design, the technical building equipment department, and DEPENBROCK facility management ideally complement our portfolio. We plan, build and manage construction projects coherently and ensure that they meet future requirements today.

Experience since 1928
DEPENBROCK has developed considerably since 1928 – from a haulage company to a general and total contractor. In doing so, we have remained true to our family values in order to build on a stable foundation for the future.

At DEPENBROCK, we consistently design our building concepts according to your wishes, thereby conserving resources throughout a project’s entire life cycle and making it as sustainable as possible.
Of course, we are leading by example: we have adapted the construction of our headquarters in Stemwede so that its operation is almost CO2-neutral – we even received a sustainability award for this. We are also relying more and more on electromobility and green electricity in our fleet of company cars and machinery.
