For an apprenticeship with us, you need at least a secondary school leaving certificate, depending on the profession.
You need a school leaving certificate (e.g. GCSE or high school diploma) for the dual study programme.

If you decide to do an apprenticeship in the commercial sector – i.e. on a construction site – we also recommend that you do an internship with us beforehand. This will give you an idea of what to expect during your training and in your career.

Apply for your desired position
If you have found a job advertisement for an apprenticeship or dual study programme that interests you, you can apply in our career portal. Simply fill out the form and upload your complete job application file. We prefer to receive applications online. This saves paper and protects the environment.

Get to know us
If your application impresses us, we will want to get to know you better. We will invite you to an interview and the operational division manager and/or the training manager will present DEPENBROCK to you. Get to know each other and see if you are a good fit both professionally and personally. If you’re still not quite certain that your dream job suits you, you can also arrange an internship to get a better idea of the work in advance.

Have we reached a clear understanding? Is everything alright from a contractual perspective? Then all you have to do is sign and then it’s “Welcome to DEPENBROCK!”. We look forward to seeing you!

Your complete application documents include a cover letter, your CV and your last two school reports (transcripts). If you have already completed an internship or worked without pay, please upload proof of this along with the rest of your documents.

We usually advertise vacant apprenticeships online 1 year before the apprenticeship starts in September. As a result, you will find the most vacancies in our job portal between September and October. This is also a good time to apply for your desired position for following year.

In that case, your apprenticeship is likely to start on 1 August. Only in Hamburg and Bavaria do you start from 1 September, and in certain cases you can also join us at another time.
