Dual study programme in Facility Management

This is what you can expect in the theory phase:

• You will learn the basics of mathematics, computer science and natural sciences
• You will acquire comprehensive specialist knowledge in the areas of facility management, building technology and energy management
• You also deal with business administration and legal issues

This is what awaits you in the practical phase:

• You will work in various areas of maintenance of technical building equipment
• You will be involved in optimising technical building equipment
• You will learn about the requirements of sustainability in facility management
• You will gain insights into the energy optimisation of properties

You should bring the following with you for a dual study programme with us:

• You have an advanced technical college entrance qualification or school leaving certificate (Abitur) – or will have one soon
• You have manual dexterity and good technical understanding
  You enjoy teamwork and have a structured way of working
• You are friendly and communicative
• You are resilient and have stamina
• You have at least language level C1

You will receive the following monthly training allowance (gross):

• 1st apprenticeship year: 935 €
• 2nd apprenticeship year: 1,230 €
• 3rd apprenticeship year: 1,495 €
• 4th apprenticeship year: 1,580 €

The training period is 4 years. Your university studies will be closely linked to your practical work experience in our company. This gives you the opportunity to directly apply the knowledge you have acquired.
