Baltharsar-Neumann-Platz Brühl

As part of the inner-city redevelopment program, Balthasar-Neumann-Platz was given a completely new and attractive appearance. The paths and squares were constructed using an elaborate paving technique in the tightest of spaces. The focus was on the professional laying of high-quality paving in different colors, thicknesses and sizes. Mosaic paving made of granite, natural stone paving made of basalt and concrete paving weighing 40 kg per stone were laid. Very high demands had to be met in terms of the quality and processing accuracy of the modules, bracing and inlays. Depenbrock’s services also included the construction of water-bound surfaces and the planting of flowerbeds, which were edged with aluminum edging. In addition, 11 m high wooden lighting and advertising poles were erected and gabion walls were built. The scope of services also included the furnishing and installation of the electronic bollard systems.
