In developing the Semiramis business park, DEPENBROCK is pulling out all the stops in modern civil engineering to ensure rapid construction progress and a very high level of quality for such complex construction projects: a recognized high level of expertise, wide-ranging experience, well-trained teams and an efficient in-house machine park.
The extremely difficult subsoil conditions are a particular challenge: High groundwater levels, very cohesive, water-sensitive soils and an inhomogeneous subsoil. Due to these conditions, the foundations of deep sewers are laid on soil prepared on site using a lime-cement mixture.
In addition, the sewer construction for wastewater and rainwater, including house connections, placed high demands. The planning was carried out almost exclusively with minimum gradients. Most of the work was carried out using double slide rail shoring at depths of up to 7.50 m.
In addition, the development requires a high degree of flexibility in the construction process: Due to the ongoing marketing of the properties during the construction phase, new priorities for the completion of certain sections and services must always be taken into account. In parallel to the development work, a large number of plots are already being built on.
