Europe’s most extensive spare parts warehouse for commercial kitchen technology was built here between June 2011 and July 2012. Depenbrock constructed the state-of-the-art administration and warehouse building on a turnkey basis as part of a general contractor agreement. The construction highlight was the installation of the lift system for high-speed order picking. The Shuttle XP is an automated vertical storage system that makes maximum use of the height of the warehouse on a minimal footprint. The dynamic lift system offers virtually unlimited flexibility up to a maximum height of 30 m and a capacity of 60 tons.

During the construction phase, Depenbrock extended the high-bay warehouse area by 30 meters. The existing hall gable was completely dismantled during ongoing operations and used for the reconstruction.
