Space for 600 residential units was created on the approximately 24-hectare site, in which up to 1,300 people will find a new home. Depenbrock Bau had won the contract for the development as part of a Europe-wide tender and had acted for the first time as development contractor for a project of this size, including the preparation of the implementation planning.

In addition to sewer and pipeline construction and road construction, the scope of work also included the construction of a noise barrier.
