With the new construction of the Sigmaringen Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office (CVUA), the second construction phase of the overall concept is being realized. The tender was based on the implementation planning and the turnkey construction based on an approved design.
Depenbrock is responsible for the management of the CVUA Sigmaringen in the area of technical building management for a period of 5 to 20 years after acceptance.
Die Architektur
The The 2nd construction phase of the CVUA Sigmaringen is a laboratory building with additional functions such as administration and social rooms. The architecture and design are based on the design of the first construction phase and consist of a basement, three upper floors and a roof center for the technology.
Das Energie- und Gebäudekonzept
The building was constructed in accordance with EnEV 2009 minus 30%. Heat is supplied by a gas-powered CHP unit and a ventilation system with heat recovery, while cooling is provided by a compression chiller. The lighting is controlled via push-buttons and presence detectors.
