In the course of further expansion, Depenbrock was commissioned by the pharmaceutical company Rottendorf with the turnkey construction of a new production hall. As this building was attached to the existing building, it had to be ensured that sensitive production could continue uninterrupted throughout the entire construction period. A requirement that was met through close communication with the client at every stage of construction.
The new production hall of the Rottendorf pharmaceutical company in Ennigerloh is a prime example of the Depenbrock Group’s proven planning expertise. The centerpiece is the perfect planning and construction of the clean room area, which is of central importance in pharmaceutical production, taking every detail into account.

Planning highlight: The suspended ceiling in the clean room was made completely accessible over an area of approx. 2,300 m2 so that all air conditioning and ventilation systems above the ceiling can be reached for maintenance purposes.
Das Energie- und Gebäudekonzept
The client expressly praised the professional planning performance of the Technical Building Equipment (TBE) department in cooperation with the Structural Engineering department (TPL) with regard to the suspended ceilings including all suspensions, reinforcements and TBE components above the entire clean room. Thanks to the optimized structural design in some areas, it was also possible to optimize the construction time.
