Turnkey construction for industrial companies – the precise fulfillment of all industry-specific requirements is required here. The aim is to achieve maximum functionality that optimally maps the production processes over the entire service life of a property. One impressive example is the construction of a production hall including warehouse, offices and social rooms for W. Kolb Fertigungstechnik GmbH in Willich in the Lower Rhine region. An ESD floor was manufactured here for the production of electronic assemblies, machines or devices, which guarantees the required high conductivity. Comprehensive detailed planning was also required for the technical building equipment. The building services in the production hall – heating with radiant ceiling panels, ventilation, electrical engineering, technical gases – were installed over four levels as visible installations.
Depenbrock Bau constructed the property, including 62 parking spaces, as general contractor in just ten months.

Planning highlight: The suspended ceiling in the clean room was made completely accessible over an area of approx. 2,300 m2 so that all air conditioning and ventilation systems above the ceiling can be reached for maintenance purposes.
