AMADEUS Green I in Offenbach is a project of the Amadeus Group based in Limburg. The 227-condominium complex combines modern architecture with high ecological standards to create a impressive overall concept. For this high-quality, KfW 70 building, the goal was to keep energy costs as low as possible through energy-efficient construction and environmentally friendly district heating.
Depenbrock built this prestigious property, completing the turnkey project as general contractor in a two-year construction period. More than 27,000 m2 of floor space are now available on four to seven storeys.
Architecture
Of particular note in terms of construction technology was the use of closed sheet pile wall shoring with groundwater lowering for the construction of the waterproof concrete “white tank” with duplex pit parking. The window elements are manufactured in sound insulation class 5. The buildings were also equipped with extensive green roofs.
