BÄKO HANSA eG, a specialist retailer for bakery and confectionery supplies, has had a new, modern logistics centre in Hildesheim since December 2018. Depenbrock realized the extended shell under very tight time constraints.
After the contract was awarded in January 2018, the first construction work began in February. The aim was to enable the new location to be commissioned in the last quarter of 2018. An ambitious goal that was reliably achieved thanks to the cooperative partnership of all those involved in the construction. The first prefabricated parts for the hall construction were already assembled by early April.
The scope of work included the construction of the supporting structure with the building envelope, the structured façade and the roof waterproofing. In close collaboration with Depenbrock’s civil engineering department, the outdoor facilities including supply and disposal lines were also constructed.
