Expansion of Uedem industrial estate

The Lower Rhine municipality of Uedem expanded the industrial estate south of Molkereistraße to an area of approx. 31,000 m². Depenbrock Bau carried out extensive sewer and road construction work to develop the site between April and November 2017. Of particular note is the construction of an approx. 500 m long DN 1,600 storage sewer in open construction with slide rail shoring up to 6.0 m deep. The scope of work also included the construction of an approx. 800 m long combined sewer and the asphalt access roads covering a total of approx. 5,500 m². The adjacent, approx. 2,500 m² multi-purpose strip was constructed using paving.
