The company’s headquarters in Berne-Motzen is located directly on the Weser. Here, Depenbrock Bau erected the shell of a new 18 m high production hall with a stiffening ceiling at a height of 12 m, for which all the stops of a convincing optimization had been pulled out in advance. As a result of these measures, the dimensions were redefined so that a larger hall space could be realized. The cross-section of the prefabricated ceiling was reduced and a completely new structural analysis was created. The optimization by the in-house structural engineering department and the execution were rated as very good by the client in all respects.

Immediately after completion of the hall, Depenbrock was commissioned to add two storeys to the office building at the same location.
