New location of the company Ulferts & Wittrock in Hamburg, Schmidts Breite/Trittaustraße. An office and administration building with adjoining social area as well as a maintenance and storage hall were built on a turnkey basis.
Architecture
In terms of construction, the installation of a 280 m² prefabricated assembly pit in a filling chamber design over a length of 15 m should be emphasized. The storage and maintenance hall are designed as a steel construction and separated from each other by ISO wall panels. The contract also included the construction of approx. 3,000 m² of paving in the outdoor areas.
Energy and building concept
During construction, the solid construction method was combined with the external thermal insulation composite system. The foundations were laid entirely on piles.
