The second construction phase was also successfully completed in July 2015 after a 15-month construction period. Here, Depenbrock Bau GmbH & Co. KG erected a new building on a
The site area of 4,170 square meters is home to three so-called point buildings with a total of 37 residential units. As the general contractor, Depenbrock was responsible for all services except the implementation planning, development and outdoor facilities.
Due to the sloping site, the new buildings remained below the eaves height of the traditional existing building, the renovation of which made up the third construction phase.
The new apartments are not only largely barrier-free, but also boast high-quality fittings and a panoramic view over Marburg. All apartments also have a balcony, loggia or terrace. As part of the project, Depenbrock took on various additional orders, e.g. for fitting the balconies and kitchens, in addition to the classic services as general contractor.
