Das Projekt

The construction project involves 2 residential buildings with a shared underground garage. 27 residential units were built in Building 1 and 28 in Building 2. A total of 55 new residential units were created at this location.

71 parking spaces were created in the underground garage, 7 of which have a charging station for electric cars. The underground parking garage is accessed via an opposing ramp. Use of the underground parking garage is only possible for a predetermined group of people and is not accessible to the public.

Vertical access to the two residential buildings begins in the underground garage and is via 2 stairwells and 2 elevators integrated into the stairwells.

Each staircase was developed from the ground floor to the 3rd floor and 6 apartments per building. There are 3 or 4 apartments per stairwell and building on the top floor. The layout of the storeys is repeated for each building (mirrored) and follows recurring arrangements or recurring principles in the spatial program.

Das Energie- und Gebäudekonzept

The requirements of the 2014 Energy Saving Ordinance are met. The Renewable Energies Heat Act (EEWärmeG) was complied with.
