The construction project was realized as part of a general contractor agreement for Delta Bau AG. Three apartment buildings were built between October 2021 and April 2023, two of which were privately financed and one of which contains subsidized apartments. There are 39 residential units spread over 6,635 m2 of gross floor area. With their architecturally sophisticated concept, the new condominiums offer ideal conditions for realizing individual living ideas.
Die Architektur
The construction of the new living spaces required a high degree of precision craftsmanship. The construction was carried out in solid stone on stone with an attractive façade of clinker brick slips. Window surrounds accentuate the façades and give the buildings a lively, expressive character. The design of the outdoor facilities with a jointly landscaped and partially paved inner courtyard was mainly carried out on the underground parking garage ceiling.
