York Quartiere, lot 2

From barracks site to attractive residential district: with the development of the York Quarter, an urban development transformation is taking place in the Gremmendorf district of Münster, in which Depenbrock is also involved with two turnkey residential construction projects. The construction of six new residential buildings, which will house 72 apartments for students and 144 social housing units, began in October 2020. Construction work on four buildings with a total of 120 publicly subsidised apartments began with a time delay in April 2021.
