The site, on which Depenbrock is building 179 turnkey rental apartments as general contractor, covers just under one hectare. Construction work on the three- to four-storey building complex with a total area of almost 17,500 m² began in February 2014 and is scheduled to be completed by June 2016, including the construction of 151 parking spaces. Of particular note is the design of the windows on Oskar-Jäger-Straße in sound insulation classes 4 – 5 with a sound insulation value of 47 dB when installed.
