Depenbrock constructed the two five-storey and nine-storey buildings with 38 residential units and four commercial spaces for hanova Wohnen GmbH. Most of the rental units are barrier-free and some are wheelchair-accessible. The gross floor area is approx. 5,600 m², of which the size of the underground garage is 650 m².
