The Johnson Quarter is the first building block in the urban development of Bremen’s Kommodore-Johnson-Boulevard. Between April 2016 and November 2017, Depenbrock built a five-storey development with 138 apartments, five units for hybrid use – a combination of apartments and offices – and two commercial units.
Architecture
With a gross floor area of 14,565 m², this is an impressive architectural ensemble. The façade concept, which combines light-colored rendered surfaces with sand-colored clinker brick slips, is particularly attractive. All windows are finished in a dark gray shade.
