The “Maybach Quartiere” project by PDI Property Development Investors GmbH, Düsseldorf, combines 116 high-quality apartments (40 – 160 m²), some of which are barrier-free, a children’s daycare center and commercial space for retail and gastronomy into a convincing overall urban development concept in a prime location.
The generously proportioned apartment types are extremely varied and therefore able to meet the needs of singles, families and senior citizens alike. They are spread over nine houses. The Maybach Quartiers offer tailor-made concepts for every need: two-storey garden houses, 1- to 5-room apartments as well as exclusive penthouse apartments and rooftop houses. The construction project also includes a day care center.
Depenbrock realized the complex construction project with a floor area of 11,000 m², which also includes an underground car park with 142 parking spaces, as general contractor on a turnkey basis. The confined space on the construction site required the simultaneous use of four building construction cranes.

Architecturally, the bright, clear design language is impressive, with the balcony applications adding a special accent.

The Maybach Quartiers are characterized by their high ecological standards, which are expressed in their sustainable energy construction, green roofs and gardens on the underground car park.
