The working group under techn. Bilfinger Marine & Offshore Systems GmbH (now FZ-Baugesellschaft) (50%) was commissioned with the new construction of a 310 m long flood protection wall with a promenade behind it and parking garages in the existing building.
Year-round work while maintaining flood protection and taking into account the interests of nationally known tourist attractions.
Construction of a flood protection wall with 4 – 7 m frontage in front of the existing wall. Demolition and new construction of the entire promenade and parking garage complex.
Relocation / new construction of dolphins; 80 m temporary bridges on the water side incl. Foundation, prov. Relocation of all supply lines; explosive ordnance detection on the water and land side; demolition work, earthworks, steel construction, sealing work, façade and masonry work. Protection of an existing culvert, as well as extensive road works while maintaining public traffic, including the necessary traffic safety measures.
