For the five-storey building with nine rental units and a gross floor area of approx. 8,520 m², an underground parking garage made of waterproof concrete was chosen. This created space for 188 parking spaces and an additional parking deck.
Heavy equipment was needed at the start of the construction work. The rocky subsoil required the use of up to four powerful excavators to loosen and load the soil when excavating the construction pit
