VBW Lennershof Bochum

Construction of the Sonnenquartier Lennershof by Depenbrock Systembau.

In close cooperation between the building construction and civil engineering departments, 11 buildings with 87 residential units are being constructed on a turnkey basis for the existing customer VBW Bauen und Wohnen GmbH.

On a gross floor area of 14,100 m², a mix of 30 publicly subsidized and 42 privately financed rental apartments as well as 15 student apartments, 58 parking spaces and 12 garages are included in the scope of the contract.
