Another contract for the implementation of Hamburg’s “Jenfelder Au” urban development program: Projektbau Depenbrock erected an attractive turnkey ensemble of five residential buildings with a total of 72 residential units including underground parking directly on the newly created Kühnbachteich pond. Its name: Jenfeld Living.
Energy and building concept
High-quality living is combined here with a project that makes climate-neutral living and sustainable drainage technologically possible. The integrated water treatment concept Hamburg Water Cycle (HWC) collects black water separately and then uses a biogas generation system to convert it into heat and electricity. Gray water is cleaned to save energy and either used or discharged into local bodies of water. To implement this technology, Projektbau Depenbrock handled the complex installation of the corresponding vacuum toilet systems.
