Marina Gardens Allerinsel Celle

A modern urban quarter is being built in Celle, creating the best conditions for attractive, relaxed living in the vicinity of the new harbor facility on the Aller. Here, DEPENBROCK, as general contractor for PRIMUS developments GmbH, realized an attractive, urban ensemble of buildings with a high level of comfort.

In total, the “Marina Gardens Allerinsel” project comprises four townhouses with rental apartments on Hafenstrasse and five harbor houses with condominiums and a café directly on the marina. The buildings are connected by a shared underground parking garage between them. Due to the direct proximity to the harbor, the basement floors were constructed with waterproof concrete. Underfloor heating was installed for the comfortable apartments, which is supplied by district heating.

The timeless architecture with sand-colored clinker brick façades is particularly appealing. A very harmonious look was achieved, for which the external thermal insulation composite system was executed with both a rendered and a brick slip surface. The wooden façade on the gable walls of the harbor houses and the wooden window frames on the townhouses underline the architectural independence. The implementation of this sophisticated concept was achieved with great precision craftsmanship and underlines the high quality standards that DEPENBROCK has also demonstrated in this construction project.
